2005
SCI was established as a commercial asbestos and demolition company.
2009
We pivoted from the private sector to focus on claims-led work, specialising in asbestos removal.
2010
After a terrible winter we supported clients to become one of the best performing contractors.
2012
Basic enabling services were launched in response to third party issues delaying our work in progress.
2014
We launched validation and restoration of water and smoke damaged clothing and soft contents.
2018
The “Beast from the East” resulted in a 130% increase in BAU claims, but we remained on track.
2019
We introduced contents validation and restoration to our portfolio of services.
2021
We introduced our property drying services with a capital investment of over 250k.
2022
Another big freeze saw our claims volumes increased by 400% on BAU volumes.
2023
We contracted with a major insurer for combined efficiencies / strip out and asbestos services.
2025
Our annual group sales exceed £20million as we continue to grow and deliver nationwide.
